Taking to his Facebook account, the Jubilee Party Vice-chairman said that the Kikuyu community should accept the their reign in power is about to come to an end.
“Kikuyus having known that the presidency will take some time to come our way will be charting the best way to have the incoming president hold their projects at heart,” he said.
Murathe also asked the community to support President Kenyatta in his projects seeing that he has their interests at heart.
He also went on to throw jibe at Deputy President, William Ruto saying that no thieves will be allowed to vie for presidency.
“No thieves will be allowed to vie,” Murathe posted on his Facebook page.
This comes amidst rumors that President Uhuru is in high gears in search of his successor.
