Joyce Waitheras story is very sad and traumatizing. The 25 years old lady, decided to open up on her dark past , from her evil father, who decided to ruin her life at a younger age by impregnating her.
Joyce who was born and raised in Nakuru, said that her biological father, started assaulting her at a tender age of 12 years. The dad always showed up at her room and tried to do weird things with her.
Things begun to be serious, when the father made it a habit in form of a threat. He always told Joyce to sleep with him, or else he won’t pay her school fees. Because she was determined to be educated and change her lifestyle she had no option but to give in.
This happened again and again, until she got pregnant. The dad told her yo play low-key and if she tells anyone then she might never pay her fee and in addition she might even finish her.
Joyce played low key and after giving birth and finishing her maternal leave, Joyce wanted to resume school. She went back to her dad to tell her that, what shocked her is that her dad said that for her to pay her school fees, they should continue sleeping together.
This was too much, Joyce decided to open up to the village elder, all the evil deeds of her father and how he impregnated her. Her mother was informed and she collapsed upon receiving such shocking story.
This became a court case, and everything was done, including DNA test which proved that 99% the child belong to her dad. The father was arrested , jailed, but he promised to finish Joyce and her mother when he gets out of jail.
Joyce is seeking for protection, because she thinks the dad might be freed this year. She also asks for support to pay for medical bills of her disabled daughter, and also to support her life .
