President Uhuru Kenyatta’s is currently facing impeachment looms after high court ruling that halted BBI, in which 5 judges questioned him for flaunting the Constitution, which he swore to protect and defend.
In their judgment, the High Court blamed President Uhuru Kenyatta for disregarding, and not respecting the Constitution and to that degree, falling short of the leadership and integrity threshold set in the Constitution.
