Mulamwah: I Have Spent Ksh4 Million On My Rural Mansion, Natafuta Ksh6 Million ya Kuimalizia

Content creator and radio personality, David Oyando, popularly known as Mulamwah, recently provided updates on the ongoing construction of his house. During an interview with Plug TV, the comedian shared that the construction, located in Kitale, is currently at the halfway mark and is projected to cost slightly over KSh 10 million.

Mulamwah, who acquired the land before initiating the construction, revealed that approximately KSh 4 million has been utilized so far. He expressed a relaxed attitude towards completing the project, emphasizing that it is a long-term endeavor. Mulamwah stated, “That’s a project house; this means I’m not in a hurry to complete it. I continue with the construction whenever funds are available. So, even if it takes five years, as long as you are building something that you’ll never go back to build something else.”

In July 2021, Mulamwah, after purchasing his first piece of land, encouraged young people to prioritize saving for future investments. He shared his personal journey, aiming to inspire others to persevere in their pursuits regardless of challenges. The comedian urged, “Don’t listen to what people are saying, don’t compete with anybody, move with your pace. The little money you get; save and invest because you don’t know when you will get money next. So don’t waste the money a lot of fun doesn’t help just invest.”

Beyond his real estate ventures, Mulamwah has diversified his investments by entering the Boda Boda business. He disclosed that he currently owns and operates over 15 motorcycles in Kitale town, with plans to expand further.

Addressing recent rumors about his relationship with singer Ruth K, Mulamwah clarified that they are not romantically involved but are close friends. In an interview, he explained, “Niko single sana, we’re really close,” highlighting his focus on personal development before entering a new relationship. He acknowledged Ruth’s current relationship and emphasized their friendship, expressing respect for her boyfriend.

Mulamwah’s past relationship with Sonnie was marked by publicized conflicts, including accusations of physical abuse. Reflecting on the turbulent breakup, Mulamwah discussed his efforts to address personal issues and work towards a healthier love life in the future.
