Andrew Kibe, a well-known Kenyan YouTuber, has made an unequivocal statement opposing the idea of entering into a second marriage.
During a recent session on his YouTube channel, Kibe elaborated on his firm decision, leaving no room for doubt that he has no intention of considering remarriage.
His declaration came in response to a question from a female fan who asked if he would contemplate marrying her. Kibe’s response was a resounding “No.”
He further elaborated on this stance by providing five compelling reasons that highlight his aversion to marriage.
A primary concern for Kibe is his perception of the tumultuous nature of the institution of marriage.
Having been married himself for four years, he openly expressed that he does not see any value or necessity in pursuing another marriage, stating, “Did you hear me saying I don’t want a wife? I don’t see the need to get a wife, what will I do with her?”
The bitterness stemming from his prior marriage experience has solidified his position against entering into the same commitment again.
Kibe articulated his feelings, noting that the presence of a wife or even a girlfriend in his life would disrupt his current way of life.
He believes that constant nagging and unending questions would impede his ability to maintain his current lifestyle.
Kibe proceeded to enumerate other reasons for his aversion to marriage.
He expressed frustration with the practice of being dragged into social events by spouses, something he finds unappealing.
He also critiqued the expectation of engaging in religious practices, such as prayer, which may not align with his personal inclinations.
Furthermore, Kibe touched on the matter of physical intimacy in relationships. He described it as a chore, emphasizing the pressure to consistently perform in this aspect, especially due to his self-proclaimed status as a “star.” This self-imposed standard adds complexity to his relationships and reinforces his decision to abstain from marriage.
