Pastor Paul Kuria of the Home of Glory Joy Ministry says he runs a canine rearing business that makes him good income.
Talking during a meeting with comedian Jalang’o, Pastor Kuria disclosed that he breeds the Great Dane, a type of canine from Germany.
The Great Dane, also called the German Mastiff or Deutsche Dogge,descends from hunting canines known from the Middle Ages and is probably the biggest dog breed on earth.
‘Man Kush’, says that he sells a three-month-old Great Dane puppy at Sh75,000 while a mature canine fetches somewhere in the range of Sh400,000 and Sh500,000.
“I breed dogs, they are called Great Dane. One is Sh75,000, a small one that is three months old,” said Kuria, adding that he has nearly 50 dogs at the moment.
During the interview meeting, Pastor Kuria revealed that he holds a Ph.D. in philosophy, adding that his various personalities have assisted him survive as a pastor and as a businessman.
“When I got to other fellow bishops, I am Dr. Bishop Paul Kuria. I have a Ph.D. in philosophy one that I studied for, not the honorary,” he said.
