Kenya Medical Training College (KMTC) is now accepting applications for September or March intake through its online portal. The following is a step-by-step guide and the necessary requirements before applying for a course at KMTC.
- Soft copy of National Identification Card (front and rear), Birth Certificate, or Passport
- Soft copy of High School Leaving Certificate
- Soft copy of KCSE results slip or certificate
- A minimum of KSH 2,100 in your MPESA account to pay the KSH 2,022 application fee to MPESA paybill number 964150.
KMTC Student Portal Registration Procedure:
- Visit the KMTC official website at www.kmtc.ac.ke
- Click on the “Admission Portal” from the top menu
- If you don’t have an account, click on “Have no account? Register” to create one
- Enter your email and password, then click “Create Account”
- Verify your account by clicking the link sent to your email address
- Fill in your personal information and click “Register”
- Confirm the accuracy of your information and click “Save Changes”
Online Application Procedure:
- Click on “Applications” from the left menu bar
- Click “Apply” from the drop-down menu
- Select your course level (Diploma or Certificate) from Option 1 Course Selection and click “Search”
- Fill in the form details for your desired Option 1 course and click “Submit Application”
- Repeat the same process for Option 2 Course Selection
- Upload soft copies of your KCSE certificate, leaving certificate, and National ID/Birth Certificate/Passport
- Confirm your courses and make a payment of KSH 2,022 to MPESA paybill number 964150
- Wait for a confirmation SMS to be sent to your phone number.
Once you have completed these steps, you can check your applied courses by clicking “My Applications” from the left menu. To ensure a smooth and successful application process, make sure to have all required documents and enough funds in your MPESA account.
