Robbie Mediskah Njama, the man accused of leaking and photoshopping alleged intimate videos of CAS Millicent Omanga, has spoken out. In a lengthy Facebook post, he dismissed reports linking him to Omanga, stating that he had innocently taken photos with her a few years ago.
Njama was linked to the scenario by former Nairobi Governor Mike Sonko, who shared a throwback photo of Njama with Omanga. Njama claimed that the two photos were taken between 2017 and 2019, and that Sonko’s claims were a defamation of character.
Njama stated that people who know him personally can attest that the story is a fallacy, and that the usage of his photo by Sonko had wrongly tarnished his name. He added that he would not let the matter slide, as it had been a psychological nightmare for him and those close to him.
Njama also encouraged Omanga, acknowledging that this period must be heavy for her and her family, and that she should be courageous.
Millicent Omanga also broke her silence on Tuesday, quoting a Bible verse about strength and authority over enemies. However, it is not clear if the video circulating on social media showing her in a bed is of her, or if someone with bad intentions edited her image onto a different person’s body.
