Esther Akoth, widely known as Akothee or Madam Boss, caused a stir online once again when she decided to open up about her very first wedding with her ex-husband, Jared, also known as Jaro.
Akothee revealed that she has been in seven marriages, but only two of them were legal. She shockingly got married at the young age of 14. Reflecting on her early marriage, Akothee admitted that she rushed into it without much thought, as her family situation was not ideal due to her father’s position as a District Officer (D.O) and her mother being a teacher.
At the tender age of 14, Akothee became pregnant with Jared’s child, and this marked the beginning of her life in marriage. Jared is the father of her three daughters: Vesha, Fancy, and Rue.
Their marriage was not without its share of scandals, but despite that, they decided to make it official by holding a wedding. Surprisingly, Akothee revealed that their first wedding with Jared cost them only Ksh. 2500, a stark contrast to her extravagant royal wedding with her current white husband, Omosh. The wedding with Omosh reportedly cost around Ksh. 10 million, which included Akothee’s gown worth Ksh. 400,000, and a business class ticket valued at Ksh. 300,000.
Unfortunately, her first marriage with Jared ended in a terrible failure due to his infidelity, leading them to divorce. Following the divorce, Akothee embarked on a journey as a single mother and encountered various relationships with different men, including two white men who became her children’s fathers.
Akothee’s dating life has been quite eventful, involving multiple relationships, including an eight-year-long relationship with NellyOaks that eventually ended.
Despite her past experiences, Akothee is hopeful that her marriage with Omosh will work out. However, she maintains that if things go awry, she won’t indulge in any dramas. Instead, she will focus on herself and her own well-being.
