A Kenyan woman has warmed hearts online after going the extra mile to show love to her boyfriend through a thoughtful and generous surprise.
In a viral TikTok video shared by Serah Blessings, the young lady documented the entire process—from withdrawing the money to presenting the gift. She visited her bank, withdrew over KSh 200,000, and ordered the phone through her boyfriend’s cousin.
The surprise took place at her boyfriend’s workplace, where she handed him the gift box. As he unwrapped it, the man was visibly stunned to discover a Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra, a premium smartphone retailing at over KSh 100,000.
Shocked and excited, he asked Serah, “Umetoa wapi?” (Where did you get it from?). His reaction was filled with disbelief as he confirmed the phone was indeed for him. He proudly showed it off to his workmates, with one of them humorously noting that the phone was “14 times more expensive” than his own.
Before expressing his gratitude, he tested out a few features of the gadget, clearly impressed by its capabilities. The video has since drawn praise from netizens, with many applauding Serah for showing that men, too, deserve to be surprised and appreciated.
