MARVERICK cop, Caroline Kangogo, who has gone crazy and is on a killing binge, was spotted on CCTV leaving Dedamax hotel in Juja casually after killing another man in what could only be termed as cold blood murder.
Kangogo lured the man to the hotel and paid for a room, prior to shooting him on the head at point-blank.
She then, at that point told an attendants working at the guest house that she had gone to purchase toothpaste and afterward escaped.
A CCTV footage showing the minute Caroline left the hotel after killing the man, who is suspected to be her lover has since emerged.
She was in a yellow hoodie,maybe totry and hide her face.
