Bright Masters holder Police Discovers that his BOSSES are Former Classmates who scored D’s in KCSE

Imagine showing up at your workplace with a Master’s Degree in hand, only to discover that your colleagues are former classmates who barely passed their exams with a grade of D. This is the astonishing reality that Julian Njagi found himself in.

Upon achieving remarkable results in his Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) exams, Julian embarked on his university journey with high hopes of transforming his life. Fueled by optimism, he pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Finance, aiming to secure a well-paying position in one of Kenya’s top-tier companies.

After successfully earning his undergraduate degree, Julian took a step further by adding a Master’s Degree to his academic accomplishments. Little did he know that the rapidly escalating rates of unemployment were lurking just around the corner.

Julian Njagi soon became one of the countless job seekers in Kenya armed with impressive academic credentials. Despite making multiple attempts to turn his dream of landing a high-paying job into reality, he faced nothing but disappointment.

Faced with these grim circumstances, he reluctantly sought employment with the Kenya Police Service. Fortunately, he was accepted as a Constable, the lowest rank within the police service.

Upon his arrival at the police station, Julian was dumbfounded to discover that some of his superiors were former classmates who had scored D grades in the KCSE exams. Some had even risen to the ranks of corporals and inspectors.

Nevertheless, Julian Njagi, who shared his story on social media, embraced his new job with determination and resilience, recognizing that it was his only means of making a living.
