Police in Machakos are investigating the circumstances leading to the death of a 26-year-old man whose lifeless body was found sprawled on the bed in a Mlolongo Lodging.
According to reports, the man had booked the room previous night and was later on seen in company of an unidentified woman.
Two used condoms were also recovered from the room.
Meanwhile, maragua rape suspect who had been shot on his buttocks has died. The young man has died while recieveing treat at a hospital in Maragua.
Andrew Makai, 20, had been receiving treatment at the Maragua Level Four Hospital after he got shot on the buttocks.It is said that Makai had excaped police cell and a manhunt had been launched to apprehended him.
He is said to have been shot in Maragua town a fortnight ago by area police after a long chasing battle.
Elsewhere, a family in Gatanga was left in tears after the their kin were involved in a grisly road accident along the Nairobi-Mombasa Highway.The Gatanga family lost a husband and wife which happened in Salama area and have left behind three children.
“Dull moment in Gatanga. An accident happened over the Christmas Holiday in Salama Mombasa – Nairobi Highway. Next news 3 Children(Oldest being 14yrs only) will be left with no one to call Mum or Dad.”
“Watching the Kids just leaves you in tears,” a social media user wrote and shared photos of the burial.
