Recognition for his exceptional moulding skills propelled him into more lucrative opportunities, paving the way for financial prosperity.
As money flowed in, Alex prioritized uplifting his family’s living standards. He commenced by building an elegant home for his parents, ensuring their comfort and well-being. Subsequently, he embarked on the creation of an exceptional mansion for his wife and children, characterized by a sophisticated design. Although still under construction, Alex estimates the cost to be between Ksh.10 million and Ksh.20 million.
The decision to construct such a multimillion-dollar mansion in his hometown of Machakos holds significant meaning for Alex. Recalling their past dwelling in a mud-thatched house and enduring mockery from villagers, he sought to redefine his family’s narrative by providing them with a home that reflects their newfound prosperity.
Adjacent to the mansion, Alex is developing a lavish Gazebo, a space designed for leisure and entertaining guests. Despite the ongoing construction, the Gazebo has already incurred expenses amounting to Ksh.800,000, with projections suggesting a final cost of up to Ksh.5 million.
Further enhancing the grandeur of his property, Alex is overseeing the construction of a modern gate distinguished by its exceptional style and appearance. The gate, still in progress, has already consumed Ksh.1 million in investment.
