Members of Parliament allied to Deputy President William Ruto have accused the state over the alleged abduction of blogger and UDA strategist, Dennis Itumbi.
In a assertion issued on Friday, December 24, the legislators accused the State of planning the kidnapping and torture of William Ruto’s virtual strategist for his complaint of some pinnacle authorities officers via his social media structures.
