Earlier this year, Fatxo was at the center of controversy when he was linked to the tragic death of a 23-year-old man named Jeff Mwathi. Mwathi had passed away at Fatxo’s apartment in Kasarani, and the two were seen partying together the night before the incident.
However, after thorough investigation, detectives concluded that Mwathi had taken his own life by jumping from Fatxo’s 10th-floor apartment window. As a result, Fatxo was acquitted of any wrongdoing in the matter.
