After weeks of speculations about the whereabouts of nominated MP, Maina Kamanda,the legislator has finally come out clean of his ailments.
Rumors of him not being well have been going round on social media with some claiming that Kamanda might be in the ICU.
He has been away from social media raising concerns of what might be wrong with the MP.
Kamanda speaking to a local daily revealed that he has been battling Covid-19 which saw him get admitted at a Nairobi hospital.
He revealed that he contracted the disease during the by-elections campaigns in Hells Gate, Naivasha.
He has however fully recovered urging Kenyans to not ignore the guidelines to mitigate the spread of the virus.
Notably, Naivasha Member of Parliament, Jayne Kihara also revealed that she contracted Covid-19 in Hells Gates during the by-elections.
