An angry wife is as good as hot porridge stuck on your throat.
A lady identified as Bisola Awodele has been arrested after she poured hot water on her husband leaving him with serious burns.
The lady alleged that the husband had returned home drunk and a quarrel ensued leading to a fight.
A report by the police indicated that the husband ran to the police station with serious body burns as a result of a fight with the wife.
“She accused me of getting home drunk and picked a pot containing already boiled water and poured it on me,” Peter Phillips, the husband, said.
