Despite referring to themselves as “besties” (just friends), they recently collaborated on a pregnancy photoshoot. The comedian’s grandmother is advocating for Ruth K to spend her pregnancy in the village.
In a lighthearted video shared by Ruth K, Mulamwah’s grandma humorously urges the young woman to reconsider enduring the challenges of pregnancy in Nairobi. She believes that the calm ambiance of the village would better support Ruth K’s well-being during this journey. The grandma suggests, “Let her stay with me for a few months, then she can leave after giving birth.” She notes that Ruth K visited her only once and hasn’t been seen again. Mulamwah, whose real name is David Oyando, appears to align with his grandmother’s perspective and pledges to convey the message. The video concludes with the grandma offering a heartfelt prayer, asking God to pave the way for her granddaughter-in-law.
