Masters holder Police discover’s that his Seniors are Classmates That scored D in KCSE

Imagine arriving at your workplace with a Masters Degree only to discover that your superiors are former classmates who scored D grades. This is the unfortunate reality that Julian Njagi experienced.

Having achieved remarkable results in the Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE), Julian entered university with high hopes of transforming his life. Fueled by optimism, he pursued a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance, envisioning a prosperous career in one of Kenya’s leading firms.

Upon obtaining his undergraduate degree, Julian further enhanced his academic credentials by earning a Masters Degree. Little did he know that the rapidly increasing unemployment rate awaited him.

Julian Njagi found himself among the many educated Kenyans grappling with joblessness, despite his adorned academic qualifications. Numerous attempts to secure a well-paying job in a prestigious company proved futile.

Faced with challenging circumstances, Julian reluctantly applied for a position at the Kenya Police Service. Fortunately, he was accepted as a Constable, the lowest rank in the police service.

Upon reporting to the police station, Julian was taken aback to discover that some of his seniors were former classmates who had scored D grades in KCSE. Some of them held positions as corporals and inspectors.

Despite these unexpected circumstances, Julian Njagi, who shared his experience on social media, embraced his new job with determination. For him, it became the only means to earn a livelihood in the face of the challenging job market.
