KBL’s premier apple cider, Tusker Cider, proudly announces its role as the official beer partner for the highly anticipated 2024 Blankets and Wines Festival, set to take place amidst the scenic beauty of Laureate Gardens at Moi Sports Centre Kasarani.
Scheduled for April 7th, the inaugural festival of the year promises Tusker Cider aficionados an immersive experience, combining a stellar lineup of artists with a laid-back, picnic-style ambiance where music, gastronomy, and fashion converge. Attendees can anticipate forging connections, socializing, and relishing in moments of pure enjoyment within a welcoming and convivial atmosphere.
The organizers of Blankets and Wine have curated a remarkable showcase, boasting a diverse array of local and regional talent. Among the featured artists are luminaries such as Chris Kaiga, Fena Gitu, Eric Wainaina, Vijana Baru Baru, Wanavokali, Blinky Bill, South African DJ and music producer Dlala Thukzin, and Nigerian singer-songwriter, Wurld.

At the festival, Tusker Cider patrons can indulge in a variety of experiences, including Sip and Paint sessions and professional face painting. Additionally, customers purchasing the Tusker Cider 6-pack will receive exclusive branded merchandise. Leading up to the event, Tusker Cider will engage with its audience through sampling activations at Kizomba on Thursdays and Mawimbi Seafood Restaurant on Saturdays.
This marks Tusker Cider’s continued partnership with Blankets and Wine since last year. Since its inception in 2008, Blankets & Wine has evolved from a platform showcasing contemporary Kenyan music to a multi-disciplinary platform spanning across Africa.
