‘I had to work on myself,Nimeacha kutoa Nguo ’ – Brian Chira explains absence from social media

Controversial figure Brian Chira, known for his polarizing presence on TikTok, has finally addressed his social media absence. In a series of updates on his Instagram stories, the content creator reassured his followers that he is doing well and clarified the reasons behind his break from the tumultuous events of the past year.

Chira emphasized that not every day is destined to be in the limelight, highlighting the need for self-reflection and personal growth. He admitted to taking time off to focus on himself, acknowledging the challenges he faced and expressing gratitude for the support he received from his followers and fellow content creators during his online journey.

Before his hiatus, Chira had openly shared his struggles, lamenting the loss of friendships and expressing feelings of loneliness. In a conversation with media personality Oga Obinna, he expressed regret for his previous actions and recognized the consequences that ensued. Chira attributed some of his ill-advised actions to the loneliness he experienced and the emotional toll it took on him.

Apologizing to his audience and collaborators, Chira acknowledged his mistakes and expressed a genuine desire to mend relationships. He shared his commitment to leading a more positive life with the people around him, admitting that loneliness had been a recurring issue for him.

Chira also revealed his tendency to react impulsively and mentioned that some have suggested he may be dealing with bipolar disorder, although he remains uncertain about this diagnosis.

The controversy surrounding Chira escalated when he accused Germany-based content creator Nyako of taking undue credit for financial contributions made during a TikTok live session intended to assist him. Chira publicly called out Nyako, alleging that the money raised was collectively contributed and used to cover various expenses. He also claimed that Nyako had distanced herself from him, prompting a response from Nyako who threatened legal action, asserting that Chira had become too comfortable in their relationship.
