The 22-year-old house was charged with defiling a 12-year-old boy for over six months and forcing his sister,5, into having oral sex at their Nairobi home.
The lady identified as Sabina Mwikali Muasya appearing in court with a three-months old baby is said to have committed the henious act between January 2020 and July 2920 in Kileleshwa Mosota Gardens where she had been employed.
“She reported that she came to know about this on November 8, 2020, at around 10 pm through a conversation between her 5-year-old daughter and the new house help while she was bathing her, that Sabina used to tell her to suck the penis of her brother” read the police report in parts.
Upon hearing this the mother of the victims summoned the kids to get the whole story and the children confessed.
Sabina however pleaded not guilty but the Nairobi Magistrate, Jane Kamau ordered the accused to be remanded at the Langata Women’s Prison awaiting pre-trial report on September 1, 2021.
