The police, have in the past gotten into trouble with Kenyans after they handled an otherwise calm situation with excessive force leading to loss of lives or injuries to people.

According to reliable reports from Nakuru County this afternoon, the Nakuru East Police Commander has confirmed to The KTN News that a form four student was shot dead by police who were on patrol.

The Nakuru East Police Commander said that the authorities were on a patrol mission around the Bondeni area when they came across a number of suspicious characters who were armed.

In the process of engaging the hoodlums who are suspected to be of the dreaded Confirm Gang, stray bullets hit two girls who were walking nearby.

One of the girls, who is a form four student at one of the schools in the area, succumbed to the bullet wound as the other recovers at a local hospital.
