Dr. King’ori took to his social media to express gratitude to the dedicated viewers and announced the airing of the last episode of this uproarious program.

In his farewell message, Dr. King’ori celebrated the show’s remarkable achievements, citing over 70 million views and highlighting The Wicked Edition’s status as the longest-running satire show on Kenyan television with seven transformative years and more than 300 unforgettable episodes.

“Dear esteemed viewers, welcome to the final edition of The Wicked Edition on TV Kenya airing tonight (7:30 pm), Friday, January 12. It has been 7 transformative years and over 300 unforgettable episodes on TV and over 70 million views on YouTube, making The Wicked Edition the longest-running satire show on Kenyan television,” he conveyed.

Expressing his gratitude, Dr. King’ori acknowledged the unwavering support of the viewers, crediting them for the show’s success. He mentioned the show’s recognition at the Kalasha awards and its nomination for the best performance in TV comedy and best TV comedy in Kenya for the upcoming 2024 Edition.
