One of his mansions is located in Greenpark Estate in Athi River, Machakos county. It is a four-bedroom villa that sits on a quarter-acre parcel of land and is valued at Ksh37.67 million. It also has solar water heating, a 10,000-liter underground water tank, and a 7,500-liter rainwater collection tank. Additionally, the villa has a double servant quarter, covered and cabro-paved garage parking, and front and back gardens.

Jaguar’s other mansion is located in his rural home in Nyeri County. He reportedly spent Ksh9 million constructing the bungalow. In August 2021, the Starehe MP shared images of his rural mansion on social media, reminiscing about his humble beginnings and expressing gratitude for his success.
