Wedded to the late former Nigerian Minister for Lagos Affairs, Alhaji Musa Yaradua, their union was blessed with seven children, encompassing three sons and four daughters.

Dada Yaradua’s legacy as a nurturing mother and influential personality transcends the boundaries of her familial abode. Serving as the Lagos State First Lady for a decade, from 1956 to 1966, she epitomized elegance and composure in the public eye.
Nevertheless, her genuine influence lies in the outstanding accomplishments of her sons, who would go on to shape the political landscape of Nigeria.
One of her sons, the late Umaru Musa Yaradua, crafted a distinguished political trajectory, holding the position of a Nigerian state Governor for eight transformative years, spanning from 1999 to 2007.
