Edday Nderitu is the wife of Mr. Samuel Muchoki Ndirangu, widely known as Samidoh, a renowned police officer and the king of Kikuyu Mugithi music. For the past decade, Samidoh has been a dominant force in Kikuyu songs and live performances.
Despite her husband’s fame, Edday has chosen to lead a low-key life, keeping away from the limelight. However, she occasionally uses her social media platforms to share her thoughts on various topics. This came to public attention when she had a heated argument in a Dubai hotel with city lawyer and potential senator nominee, Honorable Karen Nyamu, regarding her romantic interests.
On her Facebook page, Edday admitted that she is modeling her life after Pastor Kiengei’s wife. She expressed a resilient attitude, stating, “If I lose this bet, it’s just a matter of moving on and starting afresh. I haven’t lost much.”
