Kamene Goro, the former breakfast host at Kiss FM, is set to return to radio soon according to Lang’ata Member of Parliament Felix Odiwuor, popularly known as Jalang’o. Speaking at Betty Kyallo’s 34th birthday celebration, Jalang’o revealed that Kamene is doing well and is going back to radio soon, although he did not provide any further details on her return.
Jalang’o was Kamene’s co-host at Kiss FM after Andrew Kibe and the two have a good relationship. Kamene left Kiss FM towards the end of January this year amid rumors that she had been fired for misconduct. However, Kamene dispelled these rumors and stated that she chose not to renew her contract with the Radio Africa owned radio station. She also said that she was focusing on building her brand before returning to radio.
Sheila Kwamboka took over Kamene’s position at Kiss FM after leaving Standard Group’s Vybez radio.
