Born as Davis Mwabili in Taita Taveta County, Inspector Mwala is now 51 years old as of 2022. His journey in the acting realm commenced in 1993 when he made his debut in popular shows like Vitimbi and Vioja Mahakamani, which were broadcasted on Kenya Broadcasting Corporation. Despite the meager monthly pay of Ksh. 150, his unwavering dedication to his craft propelled him forward. By the year 2000, he earned the opportunity to showcase his own program, “Inspector Mwala,” on Citizen TV.
