Drama was witnessed in Kisumu after a police officer was badly descended on by revellers.
The officer based at the Kasagam Station is said to have demanded entry to the joint.
He claimed that his girlfriend was inside the lounge with another man.
The management denied him entry a move that prompted him to throw teargass into the club before taking off on a motorcycle.
He then went to Black Pear Club located along the Kisumu-Nairobi Highway then hurled the second teargass into the joint.
The officer was nabbed trying to escape again and was beaten senselessly.
The office is currently healing wounds at the Jaramogi Ogi ga Odinga Teaching and Referral Hospital in Kisumu.
