A man in his middle age, residing in Kangemi, Nairobi County, was brought before the Kibera law courts and accused of sodomizing his wife.
Charles Mwaniki was alleged to have engaged in illegal sexual activity with his wife just days after she gave birth to their second child.
Although the Kangemi resident denied the accusations, claiming they were false, he was charged with entering his wife via the wrong hole.
Mwaniki defended himself by stating that he and his partner had lived together for many years without any complaints of this nature.
According to the charges against Mwaniki, he “unlawfully used his manhood on the complainant unnaturally while at Kangemi, Nairobi county.”
The accused was released on a Ksh400,000 cash bail.
