The uncanny resemblance between popular actress Jackie Matubia and her youngest daughter Zendaya Nyambura has left her intrigued.
Jackie, a mother of two, took to Instagram to share a photo of her younger self alongside a picture of her daughter. She couldn’t help but be convinced that she had given birth to her own doppelgänger.
With the caption, “Msijaribu kusema sikujizaa” (Don’t dare say I didn’t give birth to myself), Jackie playfully asserted her belief. In a separate story, she confidently declared, “Case closed,” implying that there was no need for further discussion regarding the origins of Zendaya’s striking looks.
To celebrate Zendaya’s recent birthday, Jackie treated her daughter to a vacation at the coast, accompanied by their friends Terence and Milly Chebby. It was during this getaway that the actress finally unveiled her daughter’s face, much to the delight of her eager fans who had been eagerly awaiting the reveal.
However, some of Jackie’s followers expressed their opinion that Zendaya bore a stronger resemblance to her father. Unafraid to voice their thoughts, they openly commented on Jackie’s posts.
