In a playful proclamation, Letoo bestowed upon Denis Schweizer the title of “Secretary-General of Diaspora Affairs” within this whimsical “Men’s Cabinet.” He quipped about exercising his supposed authority as the Men’s Conference boss to enact this appointment.
In his announcement, Letoo wrote, “MEN CABINET CHANGES: With the powers conferred upon me as the President of the Men’s Conference, under Section 2A, I hereby make the following changes. 1. Mr. Denis Schweizer (Omosh) is hereby appointed as Secretary-General, Diaspora Affairs,” providing a touch of humor to the situation.
Akothee, who affectionately referred to her estranged spouse as ‘Omosh,’ had shared moments with him during their extravagant wedding in April 2023, as evidenced by a photograph attached to Letoo’s post.
Letoo also humorously stated, “The current holder of the said office is hereby recalled to Nairobi, Kenya. More Changes to Follow…!” This tongue-in-cheek declaration by the journalist has since ignited online amusement and laughter.

Meanwhile, Akothee, in the wake of her separation from her husband, has hinted at undisclosed reasons for the split, promising to reveal more details at a later date. On the 1st of October 2023, she took to her official Facebook page to share her journey toward healing and recovery from trauma.
Expressing her gratitude to those who silently supported her, Akothee disclosed, “Allow me to thank everyone who prayed for me in silence, everyone who walked me through this journey. I have come out from a very dangerous zone, and I have been healing in private.”
She also revealed that she is currently in her second month of therapy, addressing the emotional trauma she experienced upon discovering certain unsettling truths that left her deeply affected.
