After the Juja By-elections humiliations, President Kenyatta is breathing fire after his lieutenants failed to shine the Jubilee flag.
It is reported that yesterday, May 19, Kenyatta chased away top government officials who he had hosted at State House Nairobi to explain they lost in the Juja and Rurii by elections.
According a source, the head of state was mad at the final results of the polls after he lost with a huge margin to his friend turned foul, Moses Kuria Kuria in Juja.
“He chased everyone away at the State House.”
“He ordered them to leave and go home as they had not provided enough explanation as to why they lost the By-elections,” the source stated.
The PEP party candidate, George Koimburi emerged the winner beating Jubilee’s, Susan Waititu with almost half her votes.
Notably, Uhuru’s candidate at Rurii was trounced by UDA’s Francis Muraya, a loss that added to more anger from the president seeing that UDA, is asociated with DP William Ruto.
“The President argued that the officials should have done enough research and homework before pushing Jubilee to contest in the elections,” the source added.
