Deputy President William Ruto’s ally and former PS, Irungu Nyakera has found himself trending after he was captured on camera physically assaulting his baby sister, Joyce Wambui.
The Murang’a County Gubernatorial candidate is seen storming his sister’s compound and tried to forcefully evict her from the vicinity.
Wambui, in the video is heard saying that Nyakera is harrasing her because she refused to join Kenya Kwanza.
She also insists that she owns the land and the house, a move that prompts Nyakera to slap her hard during the argument.
Wambui is the official campaigner of Raila’s Azimio Coalition in Murang’a County and is also vying for the Kiru Ward MCA seat on a Jubilee ticket.
