The new Rongai skyline will soon boast an eight-story building with 128 units, each costing KSH 2 million to purchase. The rental fee for a one-bedroom unit is expected to be KSH 20,000.
This project is one of Omanyala’s dreams and he is confident that it will be profitable, as evidenced by the model unit. He sees it as a combination of airbnb and hotel business.
