Fans have been showering actress Dorea Chege with congratulations after she shared videos and photos that appeared to show her pregnant for the first time.
The actress attended an event on April 5 wearing a dress that accentuated her stomach, and she also shared a video of herself singing along to a song, during which she briefly cradled her belly. One observant fan, Andrianakangasha, noticed the announcement and congratulated her.
Dorea Chege and DJ Dibul, whose real names are Beatrice Dorea Chege and Dickson Ndegwa Nyathore, met during a high school mentorship program. They both mentor youth, and Dibul was the DJ providing entertainment at an event where Chege was speaking. Dibul had a crush on Chege for a long time and finally got her attention by DMing her to ask for approval of a poster about the mentorship program. Chege would only respond with a “Hi” at first, but they eventually started dating.
Their families have met, and they are all happy together. Dibul proposed to Chege on her birthday in a surprise ceremony celebrated by family and close friends, and they are now looking forward to their wedding and starting a family. Chege’s fans are excited for her and eagerly anticipating the next chapter of her life.
