One of the most contentious Kenyan celebrities and content creators residing in the USA, Andrew Kibe, has once again directed criticism towards Bahati and Diana Marua. Kibe consistently expresses disapproval of their relationship, frequently featuring them as examples in his podcasts.
Without offering any apologies, Kibe consistently employs derogatory terms when referring to them. Specifically, he often calls Bahati “Kabahanye” and Diana Marua “Shosh,” suggesting an elderly figure due to her being older than Bahati. Kibe holds the belief that Diana is the one exerting control over Bahati.
In discussing the matter of Hakimi, Kibe incorporated Bahati and Diana into the narrative as an illustration. He remarked that if he were earning a substantial salary akin to the PSG star, he might display more arrogance and assertiveness.
Kibe suggested that, in such a scenario, one action he might take is to hire Bahati and Diana to wash his car. He proposed that this arrangement could be facilitated through their agency, with a generous compensation of up to Ksh. 240,000 per car washing session to demonstrate his affluence.
Kibe pointed out that the couple should be grateful he does not currently receive a substantial weekly salary like Hakimi. However, he warned that if such a situation were to arise in the future, he would not hesitate to hire Bahati and Diana for car washing duties. Furthermore, he asserted that, under those circumstances, no Kenyan would be in a position to criticize him, as he would likely exhibit greater disrespect than he does at present.
