The Nairobi Women Rep told off President Uhuru’s critics who claimed that Kenyatta has lost the Mt Kenya Supremacy after the Juja humiliation.
“Who is the President of the Republic of Kenya? Therein lies the answer to your question. HE has nothing to prove other than to deliver to the Nation all that he promised and he is working tirelessly to do that. Manning poll stations in by-elections he leaves to the ‘small’ boys,” said Passaris.
PEP party candidate beat the Jubilee aspirant which saw Gatundu South MP, Moses Kuria smiling all the way.
George Koimburi clinched the seat with 12,159 votes beating Jubilee candidate, Susan Njeri Waititu with over a half after garnering 5,746 votes.
The parliamentary seat fell vacant after the sitting MP, Francis Waititu alias Wakapee passed away after a long battle with cancer.
Notably, the Juja By-elections were marred with chaos after Kiambu Governor, James Nyoro stormed the tallying center claiming that the elections were full of cheating and voter bribery by the PEP party.
