Subaru Driver In Thika Rd Shooting Was A Wanted Man, Reports Indicate.

Details emerging of a man whose car was sprayed with bullets at Gwa Kairu area along Thika Road on Tuesday, June 22, indicates that the victim was a wanted man.

It is reported that the 35-year-old man was driving a Subaru Forester, KDC 010H, and was attacked by a three man gang who sprayed his vehicle with more than 10 bullets.

The man was rushed to the Thika Level 5 Hospital where he allegedly died from the injuries.

On a report filed by KTN News on Wednesday, the man had two ongoing cases in Machakos and Nakuru with that in Machakos indicating that he was involved in a robbery with violence case.

According to crime experts, the shooting was a well choreographed move seeing that nothing was stolen from the man.

“It is not normal because criminals do not waste bullets in such incidences,” an expert stated.

Notably, there has been a rise of insecurity in the country along Kenyan highways and on Thursday, June 17, DCI detectives arrested six individuals linked to a series of robberies along the southern bypass, Nairobi.
