The cause of their outrage was the officer’s alleged romantic involvement with a Form Four student.

Reported by Inooro TV, the law enforcement officer, faced with a furious gathering of residents ready to confront him, resorted to a daring escape plan. He managed to elude the enraged crowd by exiting through a window, all while the Form Four girl remained inside the house as the residents stormed the premises.

In a separate and unrelated occurrence, police officers from Bomet County embarked on a search mission for a pastor who stands accused of disappearing with a Form Four student from Ngeririt Secondary School. The pastor’s disappearance coincided with the school’s prayer day, adding a layer of concern to the situation.

According to an official police report, the pastor and the schoolgirl were last traced to Mogogosiek Trading Centre, where they purportedly boarded a boda boda motorcycle and vanished without a trace into an undisclosed location.”
