Paul Kuria is a famous man of God in Kenya a house hold name to many. He is the presiding bishop at Joycentre Church in Thika road. Pastor Paul Kuria is a comedian and his sermons consistently leave Kenyans in stitches with his sense of humor. He has landed jobs in the greatest comedy show in East and Central Africa Churchill show run by Daniel Ndambuki as a standup comic.
Alias ManKush, he is the firstborn in a family of eight kids however 3 of them are dead. growing up as he says, there was not all that much poverty in their home like many say but still they were not rich either
Narrating his story to Churchill show host, Daniel is also known as Mwalimu King’ang’i, he says that growing up, he hated his father for beating his mother. His father was his primary school teacher and thus could not get anything in school. Though jokingly, he blames him for failing in his final exams.
After he was done with school, he was a pit latrines digger and he holds the work in extraordinary respects for teaching him life lessons. He later turned into a Kikuyu comedy and was later ordained as a pastor.
His dad kicked the bucket in the year 2006 yet he says he is the one that took his father to his first trip to Boston, By the time of is death, they had made amends with the father.
