Comedienne Milicent Ayuwa, popularly known as Dem Wa Facebook, has addressed and dismissed rumors circulating online about her being pregnant. In a short video shared on social media, the comedienne clarified that she is not expecting a child, contrary to what many social media users have speculated.
Dem Wa Facebook emphasized that she prides herself on maintaining a flat tummy and has no plans of having a child until she is married. She explained that the photo which sparked the rumors was taken shortly after she had a meal.
Providing further context, the comedienne revealed that the image in question was captured after she and her team had attended a meeting and later went for lunch. She mentioned that the group took the photo casually, not anticipating the speculation it would generate online.
Following the photo’s upload, a section of fans speculated that Dem Wa Facebook might be pregnant, with some even alleging that several politicians and media personalities could be responsible for the rumored pregnancy.
In response to these claims, Dem Wa Facebook said, “Nimegundua nikipata mimba mtachanganyikiwa sana na baba mtoto. Nimesoma jumbe nyingi sana Instagram hadi karibu nifute.” She added humorously, “Mmetaja wanaume wengi tofauti tofauti by guesswork na wote ambao mmetaja, hamna hata mmoja ambaye ninaweza nikabeba ujauzito wake.”
The comedienne reiterated that she is not pregnant and assured her followers that she plans to have children only after a proper white wedding.
“Sina mimba. Nilikuwa tu nimekula na kushiba. Binafsi hata nimeokoka na ninampenda Yesu. Ningali mtoto na tangu nizaliwe, sijawahi kutana na mwanaume. Ninasubiria harusi 2025. Mimi huwa flat tummy,” she stated firmly.
Dem Wa Facebook’s remarks have not only cleared the air but also highlighted her commitment to her values and future plans, dismissing the baseless speculations with grace and humor.
