Ezekiel, a renowned reggae artist and one of the most celebrated former Kiss TV presenters, has sparked an emotional stir online after revealing the desperate and poverty-stricken life he is currently living—despite once being in the limelight.
Speaking candidly in a recent interview, Ezekiel recalled his days at Kiss TV, where he said he played a major role in making the station popular through his electrifying reggae shows. However, his journey in the media industry was abruptly cut short after just one year, forcing him to walk away from what many considered a promising career.
Ezekiel claims that his decision to quit was not voluntary. According to him, enemies envious of his success turned to witchcraft and black magic to bring him down. He says these dark forces made it impossible for him to continue with his job or find peace in his personal life.
“Ever since I left Kiss TV, life has been a constant struggle,” he confessed. “I’m now living in the streets of Rongai, battling poverty and fear. My enemies haven’t stopped—they are still using witchcraft to bring me completely to my knees.”
Despite his challenges, Ezekiel still dreams of a better life. His most heartfelt wish, he said, is for someone to take him out of the harsh streets of Rongai and build him a quiet, private home. With shelter secured, he believes he can find his footing and rebuild his life.
Currently, Ezekiel is trying to make ends meet by selling arts and crafts, but the business is barely surviving. He believes that negative spiritual forces are also sabotaging his efforts.
In his closing remarks, he made a passionate plea to kind-hearted Kenyans and well-wishers for support. “If there’s anyone out there who can help me, I will be forever grateful. I just need a chance to rise again.”
