A Lady by the name of Winnie from Meru has narrated how her baby daddy killed her son and he is still walking freely out here even after the postmortem shows that her son was struggled all she wants now is justice for her son.
According to Winnie she had met her lover on an occasion and she got pregnant when they were still dating after she broke the news to him he was not happy and he asked her to abort the baby but she refused.
She natured her pregnancy and after nine months she gave birth to a baby boy she moved to his mother’s house for some time and when the baby was six months she went back to her house.
After a while, her baby daddy called her to ask how the baby was and would like to see him, she decided not to deny him a chance to be in his baby’s life. Time went by, and he would reach out once in a while he had even proposed for them to move in together but Winnie refused.
one day he decided to visit them when the baby was one year, when he came he asked Winnie to get meat at the shopping center to come and cook they eat together. She wanted to carry her son but he insisted she should let him bond with him for some time.
She claims that she went to the shopping center bought the meat and came back, only to find her child lying stiff in bed with his eyes wide open. The dad was seated right beside him, and she sensed something was wrong and demanded for they go to the hospital after he saw how tense she was.
The baby was announced dead on arrival she couldn’t believe it and she fainted, when they were asked to go and write a police statement and he rushed and said the baby died of pneumonia which was not true.
After the postmortem was done it showed that the baby died due to suffocation, the baby daddy was arrested and charged with murder but after they buried the baby he was released and he is still walking freely even after killing her son.
All Winnie is asking is a good lawyer who can help her get justice for her son who didn’t deserve to die at the hand of a man who fathered him.
