A village in Mosocho, Kitutu Chache Constituency, Kisii County, has been left in shock following a bizarre and disturbing incident involving a 60-year-old man and the family’s female dog.
According to a police report filed at Mosocho Police Station, the incident occurred at around 1:00 AM when the man, who was in the house with his 40-year-old wife, stepped outside after hearing the dog barking loudly.
After noticing that her husband had delayed returning, the wife followed him with a flashlight. To her shock, she allegedly found him in a compromising situation with the animal, identified as a female dog named Poster.
Startled by the discovery, the woman raised alarm, attracting neighbours who rushed to the scene. The man was then apprehended and handed over to the police.
Confirming the incident, police stated that both officers and a veterinary officer visited the homestead to assess the situation, and further investigations are underway.
The case has left the local community stunned, with many residents expressing outrage and disbelief over the act. Authorities have assured the public that due legal action will be taken.
