Kenyans Raise Money for Morin Actress After Robbers Vandalized New ” Game Hub” Business

Kenyans on social media rallied behind comedian and actress Morin Actress after she opened up about a harrowing incident that befell her newly launched business. In a post on Saturday, Morin revealed the distressing news of a robbery at her gaming hub, where almost everything was stolen.

In a video shared online, Morin, typically known for her upbeat content, appeared visibly devastated as she described the anguish of witnessing her hard work being wiped out. Despite usually choosing to face challenges privately, Morin explained that this particular setback was too overwhelming to keep to herself.

“I experienced a devastating robbery today, losing almost everything. All the sleepless nights and struggles seem insignificant now. I am heartbroken; this is too much,” Morin expressed in her post, urging her followers to keep her in their thoughts and prayers.

Responding to her plea, concerned Kenyans on Instagram volunteered to contribute and assist Morin in rebuilding her business. Many users requested Morin to provide a pay bill number or till number where well-wishers could channel their contributions.

Within a few hours, the post gained traction, reaching thousands of people, with a significant number expressing their willingness to support the actress and content creator.

Even celebrities joined the cause, with YouTube star Eve Mungai stepping forward to share her empathy. Recounting her own experience of a robbery at her Airbnb in 2023, Mungai called on online fans to unite and show solidarity with Morin Actress.

“Let’s come together and support Morin Actress in any way we can. I can personally relate to the heartbreak of having my Airbnb robbed last year, and as entrepreneurs, we understand the challenges that come with such incidents,” Mungai Eve stated.

In a subsequent update, Morin shared a till number dedicated to her vandalized gaming hub, where she hoped to revive her business empire. Expressing gratitude for the overwhelming support, the comedian known for her TikTok and Instagram skits thanked everyone who volunteered to help.

“I am immensely grateful for all the emotional support and genuine concern you are showing me. It is incredibly difficult and heartbreaking,” she posted on her Insta stories.
