The 2022 presidential elections results are yet to be announced with Kenyans left guessing as to who will be picked as President Kenyatta’s replacement for the next five years.
The race has been very tight so far with both William Ruto and ODM leader Raila Odinga engaged in a neck-to-neck tie so far. The IEBC is expected to reveal the official results before the end of business tomorrow.
As the country awaits the Presidential results, both political factions have been accepting results for other seats with Raila’s Azimio registering an exemplary performance in the Nairobi region.
The Blue team has won the majority of the seats in Nairobi County with ODM having more legislators in the county compared to the Ruto allied side.
Earlier today, Kenya Kwanza affiliated lawyer Ahmednassir Abdullah took to the internet to congratulate ODM secretary General Edwin Sifuna for his excellent performance that saw him defeat Bishop Wanjiru of UDA for the Senate seat.
The move by Ahmednassir will no doubt go a long way in promoting the spirit of acceptance and conceding to both political factions.
