In Vihiga yesterday, a couple found themselves in legal trouble after being arrested for allegedly disturbing their neighbors’ peace with their late-night intimate behavior. The residents complained that the couple’s actions not only created a disturbance but at times appeared to involve troubling and aggressive elements.
One concerned neighbor shared, “We often hear alarming phrases like ‘Kill me,’ ‘Finish me,’ ‘Nimalize kabisa,’ and ‘Chiring’ana umwana.’ This forces us to leave our homes, fearing for everyone’s safety.”
As a result of their disruptive conduct, the couple endured public humiliation when they were tied together to a tree.
